O Christmas Tree.....

Now that the Christmas season is over and the tree has been taken down and the house put back in order, I am finally getting around to posting my Christmas cards from this past year. I am really liking the pennants punch and stamp set. Also like making the 3-d cards like this one....yes, that is our past DSP, but I am still trying to use up all my past DSP to justify buying new...lol

Christmas Stockings....CASE

This past November I came across Frenchie's blog and she has been very inspirational to me. This is one of the cards of hers that I "CASE'd" from her for Therapy Card Nite. It was a big hit, not only with the girls, but with me also! I loved it!!! I am sorry to see that this set and punch will not be carried over, but will most definatly be keeping these in my own private stash and will bring them out from time to time.

Happy New Year!!! 2011 was a good year filled with lots of surprises and great times. I got to surpise my grandma for her birthday, received a promotion at work and got to take a wonderful vacation to Florida with my family!!! I look forward to the new year with great excitement and anticipation. I hope you have taken the time to reflect on the past year, good, bad, or a little inbetween, and look forward to what the new year will hold for you.

In celebration of the new year, I put my creative mind to use and came up with this New Year's card. I know it uses expired items, but when an idea pops in my mind I just got to make it regardless of what is current or expired.

Fall Petal Fold Card...

Finally tried my hand at a Petal Fold Card and I think it came out pretty good. I used the Well Worn DSP in making this card. It has perfect fall colors in it, don't you think?

Had a coworker that was having a hard "time of the month" so I decided to make her a "feel better" card. Haven't played with my bellas for quite a while and I finally brought them out of hiding. This is one I forgot I had so it came in quite handy. I mean come on, who, during the "week" doesn't crave/want chips, chocolate, pop, pj's, ect.... This really made her smile...

This is a great versitile set for cards and scrapbook pages! This is just another quick "case" card for card nite.
